My BMI says I am still over weight but my looks don't reflect that.

You go! wow i just stumbled across your bog, you are on fire. I'm so glad your doing your diet with counseling. I't so tuff without. I've been working down from 112kg for the past year i've lost and regained allot of weight i'm now 87kg without surgery and fitting into size 14-18 yay! I hope you keep up the great attitude. you can do this!
