I am tolerating more food and learning to slow down and chew more. Red meat is not something I even want to try though. Fizzy drinks, except sparkly, don't go down well. Flat drinks are much better. Today I have an iced tea which I will eventually finish. It will take me the rest of the afternoon to finish the round of mixed sandwiches I have.
