Sticking problems

I'm still having trouble with things that stick and still experimenting with food choices.
Cruskits and smoked salmon with some philly is my current favourite and probably easiest meal. I usually have that for lunch.

Things that don't work.

Asparagus
Red meat
BBQ chicken
Lettuce or salad greens in general
Fizzy drinks like softdrink have far too many bubbles
Bread is far too filling so sandwiches are now out in preference to cruskits

and..............I seem to discover new ones most days.

I did manage a small amount of Christmas Dinner.
